Once you have bought your item, it will be packaged and an email will be sent to you with your Waybill number so you are able to track your parcel through ‘The Courier Guy’. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any apparent reason, then all returned item(s) must be unused and returned or exchanged within 7days of receipt. Once exchanges are inspected, we will dispatch your replacement item within 3-7 days (excluding shipping).
