Once exchanges are inspected, we will dispatch your replacement item within 3-7 days (excluding shipping). ‘The Courier Guy’ is responsible for the shipping of all Backline Babe Products. Once your item has been ordered, it will take 3-7 days for it to be delivered to your door. Once you have bought your item, it will be packaged and an email will be sent to you with your Waybill number so you are able to track your parcel through ‘The Courier Guy’.
