Once exchanges are inspected, we will dispatch your replacement item within 3-7 days (excluding shipping). ‘The Courier Guy’ is responsible for the shipping of all Backline Babe Products. Once your item has been ordered, it will be packaged and an email will be sent to you with your Waybill number so you can track your parcel through ‘The Courier Guy’. It will take 3-7 days for it to be delivered to your door. Collection is also an option from Muizenberg Beach only.
